Plzzzzz help IGCSE in egypt?

i am going to take IGCSE in egypt and i want to go to egyptian university so i think of taking as an OL level subjects CHEmistry physics english biology math french business ICT . I also think of taking biology as an A level or 2AS biology and chemistry. i am going to take arabic of thanwya 3ma is this right to attend pharmacy in an egyptian university
