Don't file a grievance. Continue to look for a new job. I wish you luck. In the meantime, try to remain positive, do a good job, and don't get angry. These people will be the ones signing your next appraisal or telling someone what type of employee you are. We all get in these tough spots at times, but you will make it through. Keep positive, and don't work over for free. Be polite, but remind your boss that you have other obligations in your life. You should be on time for work and from lunch or breaks, too. Hang in there.
