Black 1990 Mustang LX 5.0 Manual $7,500 obo, Yes or No?

Great looking car with aftermarket chrome rims, tinted windows and a new $2000 paint job. Perfect condition inside and out, original engine with some work done on both the engine and the tranny. The bad news? 130k Miles (mostly highway miles). The car itself is absoulutely gorgeous looking (as in, could not possibly look better for its age) and the guy said he'd take $6,700 for it. Is it worth it or am i walking into a money-sucking black hole? I'm worried about the miles and wonder if i can find a better deal somewhere.
