Emigration to Australia over 45?

My name is Sarah im 17, I would like to move to Australia and get an apprenticeship but im finding it hard to move as im wanting to move with a family member, he is over 45 and he is an auditor , he works in the licence trade and has 18years experience. If anyone could give us some advice on how we can move even though he is over 45 please let me know. Sarah
