Could MJ or LeBron James dunk on a 11 or 12ft rim?

They both have a standing reach of 8'10 so to dunk on 11 feet they need a running vertical leap of about 30-35 inches, dunking on 12 feet they would need about 42-47 inches at least. They would both dunk on 11 feet with no issues but 12 feet I don't think LeBron would be able to do that and Michael Jordan only on a low percentage of attempts if at all. 12 feet dunks are an incredible feat, noone in the world has actually dunked the ball on anything ABOVE 12 foot ever. 12 foot is the record.
