I live in the UK and my parent has asked me to leave home. What help can I get leaving home?

I'm 19 years old and am working towards an NVQ L3 in ICT (BSC). The course will take 18-25 weeks to complete and I don't want to drop out as I have no other qualifications to fall back on. I am on a �70 a week training allowance and have no other form of income; this is too little to live off. Am I entitled to any benefits/crisis loans? Will I be able to claim Housing Benefits/Income Support so that I can finish my qualifications?
