How to stop a car from bottoming out?

I have a 2008 Mazda 6 and I jus put new 18" rims on the car and I have already added spacing blocks but that has not really fix the problem cause no one can ride in the backseat without scrubbing... Plz help not wanting to cut the car wheel wells... No smart asses plz..
