King of Baking,Kim Tak Goo: What kind of club is Ja Rim and Shin Yu Kyung a member of?

Throughout the show, I only hear "Club house" and that what the are doing is bad. But what kind of club is? What is it's purpose for them to be arrested? PLEASE help me understand this! Thanks!!
