I want my boyfriend back for our 6 months?

My boyfriend is currently in Manitoba and I am in Ontario , I want him back for our 6months witch is in 6 days , he wants to come back but money is the main thing , He works at Mcdonalds currently is Manitoba , But works at a calling center called Ict here , it's a 2-3 day drive back and cost at Max $500. How do I get that within 3 days?
