What is “Narcissistic” about not wanting children?

Nothing. This is an interesting post to me. I was also in the military during the 1980's and doctors told me I could not have children, there was something medically wrong with me and that I needed the birth control pill like a diabetic needed insulin. It wasn't until I was out of the Air Force that I found out this "medical issue" was just a lie the military told women so that we would not have children. The military didn't want female soldiers to have kids, so it was some kind of sick joke they told us so we wouldn't have kids. I can't sue the military now. The military mistreats most of the people in there. I am sorry they treated you so badly. Don't let them continue to bully you, you don't deserve that. There are millions of people who want to be child-free, there is also a big movement now with people who don't have kids so the abuse stops in their generation. Be who you were meant to be.
