What are the threats to Antarctica?

Could anybody please tell me what the main threats are to Antarctica's Ice-Caps, the wildlife etc. I need a really detailed answer in the next 35 minutes please as I am in an ICT lesson in school and need quite alot of detail!!!!!!!!!
