Step to step guide for mail merge on microsoft word?

okay so I have an ict exam in a couple of weeks and I need to know about mail merge and be able to do it etc but Ive been off sick and so I missed the lesson.. anyone got a step to step guide they can give me PLEASE? it would be sooo helpfull, thanks in advance :)
