Polaris trailblazer rims on a 1984 honda 200 x?

ok so would a polaris with itp rims fit on a 1984 honda 200x because they look to be exactly the same and i really need som new rims for my 3 wheeler and even if they dont can u tell me where to buy some good rims for pretty cheap prices
